Terms & Conditions – 700bdt Platform Rules and User Agreement

1.1 — Eligible Users

The 700bdt Platform is available exclusively to natural persons who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• Aged 21 years or older.
• Resident in or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 700bdt or its affiliated entities.
• Not subject to a self-exclusion order, either placed voluntarily through the 700bdt responsible gaming tools or imposed by 700bdt for any reason.
• Acting on their own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

1.2 — Registration Process

To open a 700bdt account, you must complete the registration process truthfully and in full. You agree to provide a valid mobile number registered in your name, a unique username, and a secure password. 700bdt may, at any stage, require you to submit government-issued identity documentation (such as a National ID card or passport) to verify your identity, age, and address before permitting withdrawals or continued use of the Platform.

1.3 — One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 700bdt account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at 700bdt's sole discretion. Bonuses and promotional credits obtained across duplicate accounts will be voided in their entirety, and the net balance of the remaining account will be adjusted to reflect this forfeiture.

2.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

700bdt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT-denominated payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers are also supported for select Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of any specific payment method may change without prior notice.

2.2 — Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the 700bdt Platform is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 700bdt; however, limits imposed by your chosen payment provider will apply and are outside 700bdt's control.

2.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours under normal operating conditions, subject to the completion of any pending identity verification requirements. 700bdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 700bdt account.

2.4 — Refusal of Transactions

700bdt reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 700bdt may freeze the account pending further investigation and will co-operate fully with relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

2.5 — Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the 700bdt Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 700bdt does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

3.1 — Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the relevant amount has been deducted from your 700bdt account balance. 700bdt reserves the right to void or decline any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on events that have already commenced at the time of placement.

3.2 — Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event type and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. 700bdt reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play betting periods.

3.3 — Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 700bdt in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the defined rescheduling window; the event is abandoned before a result can be determined; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; or the bet is found to have been placed in breach of these Terms. All void bets are settled at stake-return (i.e., the original stake is refunded).

3.4 — Cricket and Live Betting

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are subject to specific settlement rules that account for rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method calculations, match delays, and result reversals following official appeal processes. Live in-play odds are updated in real time. 700bdt's trading decisions in live markets are final and binding.

3.5 — Settlement of Results

All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCCI, BCB) or the official competition organiser. In the event of a dispute between different result sources, 700bdt's determination based on the primary official source shall prevail. Settlement times may vary but 700bdt targets settlement within two (2) hours of a result being officially confirmed.

4.1 — Game Availability and RTP

The 700bdt casino library includes slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win products sourced from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is displayed within the game's information panel. 700bdt does not modify provider-set RTP values.

4.2 — Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a casino game session, the outcome of the affected game round will be determined by the game server log held by the relevant game provider. If a malfunction renders the game round void, the stake will be returned. 700bdt accepts no liability for losses arising from user-side connection issues.

4.3 — Live Dealer Games

Live dealer casino games are operated by third-party streaming studios and are subject to those providers' internal game rules in addition to these Terms. The dealing outcome in all live games is final once the dealing process is completed as confirmed on the game stream. Disputes must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the relevant game round.

5.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 700bdt are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal from the bonus-derived balance is permitted.

5.2 — Abuse of Bonuses

700bdt reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing equal and opposite bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; and systematic exploitation of bonus terms through automated or coordinated means.

5.3 — Amendment and Withdrawal of Promotions

700bdt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively participating, 700bdt will honour the portion of the promotion already credited to the player's account, subject to any applicable wagering conditions.

6.1 — Commitment to Responsible Gaming

700bdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and a formal self-exclusion mechanism. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek independent support.

6.2 — Self-Exclusion

A player who wishes to self-exclude from the 700bdt Platform may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, 700bdt will not permit the player to reopen or access their account during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent closure. Promotional material will be suppressed for self-excluded players.

6.3 — Minor Protection

It is a criminal offence for any person under the age of 21 to use the 700bdt Platform. 700bdt employs age verification checks and will immediately close any account found to belong to an underage user. 700bdt urges parents and guardians to use internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. 7.1 — Platform Availability

700bdt endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. 700bdt accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability, provided that bets placed and confirmed prior to any outage will be honoured upon restoration.

7.2 — Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 700bdt's aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 700bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.

7.3 — Third-Party Content

The 700bdt Platform incorporates third-party game content, live streaming feeds, and statistical data. 700bdt makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of such third-party content. Any disputes arising from third-party game outcomes will be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism set out in these Terms.

8.1 — Amendments to These Terms

700bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

8.2 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and 700bdt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements whether written or oral.
